By accessing or using RydKrew, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

RydKrew is currently in an early-access and development phase. Features, functionality, and availability may change without prior notice.

You acknowledge that parts of the platform may be incomplete, experimental, or temporarily unavailable.

You must be at least 18 years old to use RydKrew.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform and any riding activity complies with applicable laws, licences, insurance, and safety requirements in your region.

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Users must not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Interfere with platform operations
• Use the platform for unlawful activities
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights

Users retain ownership of content they submit.

By submitting content, users grant RydKrew a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, store, and process that content for operating and improving the platform.

Users may receive account-related notifications, product updates, and service communications.

Marketing or non-essential communications, where sent, will be provided in accordance with applicable law and you may opt out where an unsubscribe option is available.

All RydKrew branding, designs, software, content, and platform materials remain the property of RydKrew unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute platform materials except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

RydKrew may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risks to the platform or community.

We may take such action with or without prior notice where necessary to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance.

RydKrew helps riders connect and coordinate. It does not supervise rides on the road and is not a transport, insurance, or emergency services provider.

Motorcycling involves inherent risk. You assume full responsibility for your riding decisions, safety gear, route choices, traffic compliance, and any injury, loss, or damage arising from riding activities.

The platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

RydKrew makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, security, or future feature delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RydKrew shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use.

Where liability cannot be excluded, RydKrew's total liability for any claim relating to the platform shall not exceed INR 1,000 or the amount paid by you to RydKrew in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RydKrew from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful conduct.

Additional terms may apply to future features including ride management, location services, verification systems, payments, or community programs.

If separate terms are introduced for specific features, your use of those features will be subject to the applicable additional terms.

RydKrew may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection law, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
