Community Guidelines

RydKrew is a motorcycle community platform. These Community Guidelines explain the behaviour we expect from riders, organizers, and clubs so everyone can ride and interact safely.

They supplement our Terms of Service. Serious or repeated violations may lead to content removal, feature limits, suspension, or account termination.

We expect every member to:

• Treat other riders with respect — no harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination
• Be honest in profiles, ride listings, and communications
• Respect privacy — do not share another person’s private information without consent
• Communicate clearly about ride plans, delays, and safety concerns
• Follow applicable traffic laws, licence requirements, and insurance obligations in your region

Organizers set the tone for a ride. Participants should follow the organizer’s stated rules for grouping, stops, speed discipline, and check-ins — provided those rules are lawful and safe.

• Do not join rides you are not prepared for (skill, bike readiness, stamina, or equipment)
• Do not pressure others into unsafe riding
• Keep ride chats focused on coordination and mutual support
• If you leave a ride early, inform the group when it is safe to do so
• Clubs and private groups should still follow these platform-wide guidelines

RydKrew helps with coordination and visibility; it does not replace judgement, training, or emergency services.

• Wear appropriate protective gear and ride within your limits
• Do not use the app in a way that distracts you while riding — pull over safely before interacting with your device
• Live tracking is for group coordination; do not rely on it as your only navigation or safety system
• In an emergency, contact local emergency services first (for example 112 in India). KrewHelp and in-app alerts are supplementary

Do not post, share, or use the platform for:

• Illegal activity, including facilitation of crimes or trafficking
• Threats, doxxing, stalking, or sexual harassment
• Content that promotes dangerous stunts that encourage reckless endangerment of others
• Spam, scams, phishing, malware, or deceptive affiliate schemes
• Impersonation of individuals, clubs, brands, or RydKrew staff
• Copyright-infringing media you do not have rights to share
• Graphic violence, exploitation, or content involving minors in any sexualized context (strictly prohibited)
• Hate or extremist content targeting protected characteristics

We may investigate reports, request more information, and take action we reasonably consider appropriate. We are not obligated to take action on every report, but we take safety concerns seriously.

We may update these guidelines as the community grows. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised guidelines.
